Foldana Residence
Our project that will start in the autumn of 2019, the Foldana Residence 50 apartment condominium, will also be constructed in the popular and renewed part of the 13th District, just a few minutes’ walk from Béke Square that is considered to be center of the area, at Szent László Street 5, in the vicinity of the Grand City Park (Városliget).
People’s Island (Népsziget) and Margaret Island (Margitsziget) are also in its attraction zone.
The District includes a modern residential area, a family house residential zone, as well as parks with green canopy trees spotted with resorts and strolling streets.
